So, to celebrate what was perhaps the hottest day of the year so far–in the triple digits–I took a nice brisk 30 minute walk out and around the neighborhood. Then finished off with a few kettlebell swings with the 32 kg bell.
Nice little evening; not as hot as during the hottest portion of the day, [...]

I must’ve heard this as a kid. I never knew what it was–until recently, but occasionally riffs from it would pop into my head at odd times. I thought maybe I had just made it up, but apparently not. Such an odd thing, no?
