Although I’m still not up-to-snuff, I went ahead and chugged out a nice little workout. My foot seems mostly healed; I only have a bandage on the little toe. The top of it has a raw blister left on it. Most of the other skin has closed up along the bottom and sides of the foot. Much better in the sinus department, too, though my right ear is still plugged up. But not as bad as the last couple of days. Coughing up stuff is down quite a bit, too. Yay.
So, I threw on some socks, getting ready for a nice CFT workout again. Naturally, just as soon as I got them on, I somehow managed to smash my toe–the little toe with the bandage on it, against something hard. I almost never hit my toes on anything, and when I do, it’s usually pretty controlled. Sure enough, however, it was *right on* the raw skin area. I looked down a few minutes later and there was a blood spot going through the sock. Nice. (Later, getting ready for my shower, I saw that I managed to bleed all the way through my bandaid.)
I worked out on it anyway. Sometimes, ya just gots ta.
Turned out a good little session–I did my CFT Variation 1. Minus the extended Post-Fatigue portion. I was running hot by that point, breathing pretty heaving and still burbling what was left of the fluid in my lungs. So I took the better part of valor and just cooled down a little after the Core portion. Got cleaned up. This was a fasting day, and I didn’t feeling going anywhere so I just ordered up some chow from a place up the street.
Pretty basic weekend. I didn’t really go anywhere or do anything, alas. I can’t wait ’til I’m done with all this physical ailment stuff.
